Terms and conditions
By using the Stara Roll site or submitting any request, you agree to the following terms governing our measuring, making and installation services.
Our services
Stara Roll Curtains Est. (commercial registration 1010971653) provides measuring, made-to-measure sewing and installation of curtains, drapery and accordion doors within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on the site are estimates, calculated from the size you enter. The final, binding price is the one stated in the quote issued after the measuring visit, and it stays valid for the period stated in that quote.
Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed once you approve the quote and we agree on a fitting date. Payment is arranged and completed with your order consultant through the channels shown on the site.
Making and installation
We start making your order once the quote is approved. Making and installation take roughly three to seven working days from confirmation. Large orders or circumstances outside our control may extend this, and we will tell you as soon as that happens.
Sizes and returns
Every piece is cut to your exact window size and checked with you at installation before sign-off. Because it is made specifically for you, returns are not accepted after sign-off at installation, except where there is a manufacturing defect or a deviation from the agreed specification.
Warranty
We warrant the mechanisms and motors for one year from the installation date. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unsuitable cleaning, or work carried out by another party.
Samples and colours
We provide up to four free fabric samples per order. The colour of the finished fabric may differ slightly from the sample depending on the production batch and the lighting in your room.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photos, text, designs and fabric codes — belongs to Stara Roll Curtains Est. and may not be used commercially without prior written permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Both parties will try to settle any dispute amicably; if that fails, it is referred to the competent courts in Riyadh.
