Where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.
Delivery and installation area
We deliver and install within the city of Riyadh only, covering all districts. Orders from outside Riyadh are agreed directly with our team before confirmation, and installation there is only by prior arrangement.
Lead time
Every piece is made to your window's measurements after the measuring visit. Production takes 3 to 7 working days from confirming the measurements and payment, and installation is scheduled with you.
Lead times may be longer in busy seasons or for fabrics out of stock; we will tell you in advance about any delay.
Fees
The measuring visit inside Riyadh is free. Installation and delivery fees, if any, are shown clearly on the final quote before payment. No fee is added that is not on the quote.
Installation day
Our crew arrives at the agreed time, installs the pieces, checks they work with you and leaves the place clean. Please make sure an adult is present during installation.
Receiving your order
Pieces are checked with you at installation. Any remark on size, colour or operation is recorded on the spot and handled under our exchange and return policy.
