Your data belongs to you. This policy explains what Stara Roll collects when you use this site, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you submit a booking, a quote request, a sample request or an order through the site, we collect what you enter yourself: your name, mobile number, city, district and notes. We also keep your cart contents (the fabric codes and sizes you chose) so we can fulfil and follow up your order.
The room photo in the colour-match tool
The photo you upload on the "Match your room" page is processed inside your browser, on your device only. It is never sent to any server and is not stored by us or by anyone else.
How we use your data
We use your details to arrange measuring visits, prepare quotes, make and install your order, contact you by phone or WhatsApp about it, and improve our service.
Sharing your data
We never sell your personal data or use it for marketing with other parties. It stays with our team and installation crew as far as your order requires, and is shared only with the technical service providers needed to run the site (such as database hosting), and no further.
Storage on your device
The site keeps your cart, your sample picks and your browsing language in your browser's storage on your device. None of it is sent to us unless you submit an order yourself.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil and follow up your order and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it securely.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent to its processing, under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. To exercise any of these rights, contact us by phone or WhatsApp and we will respond within a reasonable time.
